Background Info

The Villa Kobe was an art gallery in Halle (Saale), Germany and host to the significant annual “Great Art Exhibition Halle (Saale)”.

Simon Leimig and I made a film about it as a project for our studies in 2010. The cooperation with the art foundation behind the gallery was very nice, so we continued working together. I made a new brand design for them, including logos, print designs and a new website.

Due to a bad city budget and the absence of necessary public funding, the gallery had to close its doors before the new design could be fully implemented :/
